Sellick Partnership receives Platinum award following public sector framework audit

We are proud to announce that we have received a Platinum award following an audit of our public sector compliance function.

The Platinum award, which is the highest grade a business can receive, came off the back of a recent review of our HealthTrust Europe Framework Agreement, which enables us to support clients with temporary, interim, contract and fixed-term recruitment needs.

The audit, which was undertaken by Neuven Group, set out to look at the standard requirements which included things such as: Right to Work checks, referencing and qualifications, to name a few.

Being audited provides a level of assurance while also testing the competency around procedures and ensuring that we have a robust management of policy obligation. 

Not only is this result a great achievement for Sellick Partnership, but also for the public sector compliance function, as it demonstrates the team’s commitment to due diligence.

We are delighted to be able to offer our clients this peace of mind and hope they can feel confident in our processes, safe in the knowledge that we are supplying candidates that are thoroughly vetted.

As a Senior Compliance Co-ordinator, and having worked at Sellick Partnership for over 11 years, it is my biggest accomplishment to date and one that I am immensely proud of achieving.

Understanding the needs of the framework, and implementing processes for the public sector recruitment teams across Sellick Partnership, has built on my knowledge and confidence when it comes to delivering the support my stakeholders require. Working together not only strengthens our abilities but also brings together some shared accomplishments as a whole compliance function here at Sellick Partnership.

Continuous improvement is something we strive for on a daily basis. We will continue to streamline our processes to make sure they are as easy as they can be for our Consultants which will, as a result, make the experience for candidates and clients as smooth as it can be.

In my position, not only do I ensure that our candidates are fully compliant when starting their new roles, but I also deliver training sessions to our new recruits on two of the Public Sector frameworks that we supply into: HealthTrust Europe and Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

Training Consultants ensures that we are delivering the best service to our clients and meeting their needs, allowing them a transparent rate, and one that is aligned to the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015.

Training our Consultants on the frameworks guarantees:

  • Quality and assurance is met.
  • Processes relating to the NHS Workforce Alliance are covered.
  • Our Consultants are fully trained and confident in delivering an excellent service to our clients.
  • Reduced business risk for being non-compliant with Government and Employment legislation.

This all serves as a demonstration of our dedication to clients and candidates alike. We are committed to good industry practice and are delighted to be recognised with this Platinum award.

While the result is brilliant for us, it also serves as a reminder of the standard that has now been set for this framework.
