Money and bonuses at Sellick Partnership

We offer a range of financial rewards to all of our employees including competitive salaries, quarterly and end-of-year bonuses and an uncapped commission structure.

  • Competitive market salaries

At Sellick Partnership we undertake an annual benchmarking exercise within the market to ensure our salaries stay in the top percentile of the local recruitment markets for both our sales and sales support teams. 

  • Uncapped commission structure

Sellick Partnership offer an extremely competitive commission structure which is uncapped – meaning that there is no limit to the amount of commission that you can make. So more sales means more commission!

  • Bonuses for Central Services and Sales Support

A bonus scheme is available for eligible employees based on specific individual targets and contribution to overall company performance as set out by your manager or director. They are paid through your salary and are subject to tax and National Insurance deductions. If you are eligible for a bonus, this will be paid in January each year following the company’s financial year end of December. 

  • Employee loans

Whether you are moving house or looking to buy a seasonal travel ticket, we understand that there are times when you may need a little help financially. Sellick Partnership can provide you with an interest free loan of up to £2,500 to allow you to pay for a large one-off purchase e.g. an annual travel card.
