Sellick Partnership offers an extremely competitive commission structure which is uncapped, meaning there is no limit to the amount of commission that you can make. So more sales means more commission with no limits.
No minimum threshold
We do not have a billing threshold, as soon as you start billing you start earning commission.
Simple progressive scheme
Our commission structure is very simple, there is just one level and the more you bill the higher the percentage is that is applied to those additional billings when it comes to calculating your commission.
Commission is paid to all Consultants one month following approved invoices being sent to the client. This is paid through your salary and is subject to tax and National Insurance deductions.
