Community and CSR commitments
We pride ourselves on how our ethics as a business lie at the heart of all that we do. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy stems naturally from our core values – and we are passionate about how our business can make a real, positive difference to the environment around us.
Our CSR policy is set out to ensure that we have guidelines in place for our internal and external activities, and incorporates our charity work, our dedication to personal development within the company and our promise to minimise our impact on the environment.
We have appointed Charity Champions to continuously improve and champion our fundraising initiatives across the business.
Paid time off for charitable commitments
As individuals and as a business we play an important role in the communities in which we work and live – this is why we support local, regional and national charities across the UK, and encourage you to get involved. Any paid time off will be at the discretion of your Manager.
Sports in the community
Sellick Partnership actively supports and encourages sports in our local communities and throughout the business. We believe a healthy body equals a healthy mind!
We run a number of well-established football and cricket leagues, along with various other events across the UK. Our leagues benefit local businesses by providing professionals with an informal platform to network, whilst promoting an active lifestyle – which we encourage you to participate in.
