Employment Locum Opportunity - 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Part-Time, 25 Hours/Week)
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: August
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Employment Locum Solicitor to join a team on a 6-month fixed term contract, working 25 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong experience in contentious employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of contentious employment matters
- Advising on and drafting settlement agreements
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlements
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients across a range of employment issues
Requirements:
- Qualified sSlicitor with demonstrable experience in employment law
- Strong drafting and advisory skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
