I am working with one of my best clients, as they expand their family team in Surrey and are looking to add a senior solicitor to the team.
This Top 100 UK law firm is known for its strong regional presence and national reach, offering high-quality legal services to individuals, families, and businesses. With a reputation for excellence and a collaborative culture, the firm consistently attracts top-tier talent and complex, high-value work.
You'll join a busy and thriving family department dealing with a full range of private family matters, including:
High-net-worth divorce and financial remedy work
Complex children matters, both private and international
Cohabitation disputes, pre/post-nuptial agreements, and injunctions
Advocacy opportunities and regular client-facing work
As a senior member of the team, you will also play a key role in supervising junior lawyers, supporting business development, and helping shape the strategic growth of the department.
What could make you stand out?
6+ years PQE with a strong background in private family law
Experience managing complex and high-value cases
Proven success with billing and business development
Ideally, some experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members - not essential
