Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking for a new opportunity within a growing international team?
I'm looking for a solicitor with 3-5 years' experience to join a growing international Private Client team in London.
In this role, you'll work on a wide range of private client matters, predominantly for individuals with international connections so the ideal candidate will have cross border experience.
You'll advise on pre-immigration tax planning, the remittance basis of taxation, the statutory residence test, estate planning for non-long-term residents, global asset structuring, succession planning, family governance, and more. You'll also work on UK tax advice related to UK property structures and offshore trust and estate planning. Again the ideal candidate will have experience with all of the above.
