Senior Legal Counsel - Property is required to join a well-known retail business on a permanent basis.

As the Senior Legal Counsel - Property you will be;

  • Handling a caseload of property-related, real estate, infrastructure and development matters
  • Handling Leases, Licenses and Title investigations
  • Working collaboratively with the wider legal team on infrastructure projects for the business

As the Senior Legal Counsel - Property you will have;

  • Ideally have worked in a private practice or an in-house setting, but are also open to public sector background.
  • Candidates with a utilities or retail background would be beneficial but not a necessity.
  • Candidates must have a strong background in Real Estate/ Property law to be considered.
