Everyone at Sellick Partnership is encouraged and equipped to have a forward thinking mindset when it comes to their career, and we fully support your progression and development. A career in a leading specialist recruitment business does not mean you have to work in Sales, and there are lots of opportunities for talented individuals in our Central Services team. 

Central Services encompasses several areas: Accounts & Payroll, Marketing & Communications and Front of House & Operations. Regardless of your area of expertise, if you have the ambition to progress, we will help you to develop your career with us, all whilst gaining valuable commercial insight into a competitive industry. 

The roles across the Central Services team are extremely varied, which means a progression route will be tailored to  individual circumstances and career aspirations. If you work in the Accounts & Payroll team, you may start your career as an Accounts Assistant or Payroll Assistant and work your way towards a Management Accountant or Manager position. Or if you work in the Marketing & Communications team, you could join the business as a Marketing Assistant and have opportunities to advance to a Marketing Executive or a more specialised role.
