Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a large regional firm who are looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their team in Leeds or Manchester.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Providing legal support on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
The successful candidate:
- 2 + years PQE
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
