My client is a well respected, Legal 500 firm with an award winning corporate team in Reading. They are now looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join the department.
The corporate team typically assists on the following matters;
- share and business acquisitions and disposals
- management buy-outs and management buy-ins
- restructuring
- joint ventures
- partnerships and LLPs
- shareholders' subscription and investment agreements
To be suitable for this position, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience within a previous corporate paralegal role.
