Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a legal 500 firm in Leeds who are looking for an Employment Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support colleagues with legal research and day-to-day queries.
Plan and deliver training sessions, and manage the team's learning and development calendar.
Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth.
Create, update, and improve standard legal documents, templates, and guides.
Help streamline processes by developing tools, checklists, and automation where possible.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing through regular team meetings and collaboration.
Write articles, updates, and thought leadership pieces for internal and external use.
Assist in preparing materials for webinars, client training, and public speaking events.
Work with marketing on publications, conferences, and business development opportunities.
Support the preparation of tender documents, pitches, and client proposals.
The successful candidate:
Strong written and spoken communication skills, with a clear and confident use of English.
Skilled in legal analysis, research, and producing high-quality written work.
Comfortable leading training sessions and delivering presentations in an engaging and accessible style.
Meticulous and thorough, with a sharp eye for detail.
Approachable and collaborative, able to connect with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Committed to mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior team members to support their growth.
