An Employment Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Title: Employment Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time permanent, Hybrid/Flexible working

Location: Bristol

Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor:

  • Advise on employment law issues for employers and employees.

  • Draft contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.

  • Handle disputes, including tribunal and court claims.

  • Support on redundancies, dismissals, and discrimination matters.

  • Provide legal input on business transactions and employment changes.

  • Build strong client relationships and stay updated on legal changes.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Employment Solicitor:

  • 2 + years PQE in Employment law.
  • Be able to handle own cases from start to finish.
  • Take a client-focused approach to every case.
  • Demonstrate the enthusiasm and ambition to develop their career.
  • Be able to work as part of a fun, friendly, and dynamic team.
  • Interest and ability to help grow the business and find new opportunities.
  • Strong motivation to produce high-quality work and documents consistently.
  • Flexible approach to work to meet client deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
