My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Social Enterprise to lead the strategic development and daily operations of their business ventures, which oversees various arms of the buisness. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the commercial success, financial stability, and social value of these enterprises. The successful candidate will combine strategic foresight with operational excellence, fostering a high-performing, motivated team while focusing on long-term growth and impact.

You will need to be a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving efficiencies, improving services, and creating opportunities for sustainable income generation.
