Sellick Partnership is currently engaged to recruit an experienced civil litigation lawyer to assist our Local Authority client.

The role will be predominately housing based and will include such matters as:

  • Housing Disrepair
  • Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Possessions
  • Injunctions
  • Homelessness

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist with Judicial Review in relation to SEND.

This is a hybrid working role, with court attendance expected once a month. This is also a part time role working 3 or 4 days.

Initial duration would be 2 months with the likelihood of extension.
