We are currently working with a Top 100 law firm in Watford that is looking for a talented Private Client Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Private Client law professional to join an expanding and supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals on a broad range of private client matters, including estate planning, trust formation, inheritance tax, and estate administration.
  • Guide and develop junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment within the team.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, personalised service, and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new client work through networking, referrals, and connections with intermediaries.
  • Maintain high standards in legal practice by ensuring all work complies with professional regulations and internal policies.

The successful candidate:

  • 8 + years PQE in Private Client Law.
  • Excellent at building client relationships and explaining legal matters clearly.
  • Able to manage a diverse caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Business-minded with a proactive approach to development and growth.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and strong at problem-solving.
