Private Client Solicitor

A Private Client Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Bristol on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Title: Private Client Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time permanent, Hybrid/Flexible working

Location: Bristol

Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:

• Advise clients on wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters.

• Handle inheritance tax planning and asset protection.

• Manage lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.

• Administer estates from start to finish.

• Draft legal documents such as wills and trust deeds.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Provide clear, practical advice tailored to individual client needs.

• Keep up to date with changes in private client law and regulations.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor:

• 2 + years PQE in private client law.
• Be able to handle own cases from start to finish.
• Take a client-focused approach to every case.
• Demonstrate the enthusiasm and ambition to develop their career.
• Be able to work as part of a fun, friendly, and dynamic team.
• Interest and ability to help grow the business and find new opportunities.
• Strong motivation to produce high-quality work and documents consistently.
• Flexible approach to work to meet client deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients.
