Property Litigation Associate

A Property Litigation Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.

Title: Property Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Cambridge

Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor:

• Deliver clear, tailored legal advice to clients in dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Handle a diverse caseload of high-value property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
• Advise on landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, boundary and access disputes, adverse possession, and covenant enforcement.
• Work closely with clients to meet their individual needs and resolve complex legal issues.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills.

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor:

• 6+ years PQE in property litigation.

• Strong experience managing complex commercial property transactions independently.

• Proven success in handling complex dispute resolution matters.

• Ability to deliver effective outcomes for clients in high-stakes cases.

• Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
