Sellick Partnership are pleased to be recruiting for a Property Paralegal to join a London-based local authority on a locum basis.

This role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend further. The council has a hybrid working arrangement in place, and it is preferred that the successful candidate attends the office weekly, however this could be negotiated based on location.

The Property Paralegal position entails carrying a caseload of commercial and residential property matters, including but not limited to:

• Right-to-buy
• Reports on Title
• Buy-backs
• Sales and purchases
• Residential lease extensions
• Certificates of compliance

Experience working for a local authority is desirable but not essential, if you have experience in all the above areas from a private sector background you will also be considered.
