A Senior Commercial Property Associate is required to join a Legal 500 Law Firm based in Chelmsford on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Senior Commercial Property Associate
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Chelmsford
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Associate:
- Advise on commercial property deals (sales, purchases, leases, developments).
- Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Work with clients in retail, hospitality, real estate, and corporate sectors.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and development agreements.
- Build strong client relationships and provide practical legal advice.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Senior Commercial Property Associate:
7+ years' PQE in commercial property law.
Proven ability to manage complex property transactions independently.
Commercially aware and able to align legal advice with business objectives.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Ambitious, driven, and highly detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
