We have a dedicated Compliance team who ensure every single placement is fully compliant with regulatory and legislative standards. We currently manage over 1,250 temporary workers across the business and our Compliance team fully vet on average 40 new starters per week. We work with you to understand organisational or role specific requirements that need to be checked and build this into our fully auditable processes.
Our dedicated Compliance team currently have a 99% pass rate on external compliance audits against a 90% client expectation. This provides our clients with complete peace of mind that temporary workers are fully vetted.
