Childcare Lawyer
Salary: £50-55ph

Hybrid OR Remote working
Our client, a Local Authority based in the home counties is seeking a locum Childcare Lawyer to join their legal services team on a locum basis for an anticipated period of at least 3 months.
This is a great opportunity to join a stable, friendly, and supported legal services team.
Whilst our client would prefer a Childcare Lawyer to join the team on a hybrid working basis, Childcare Lawyers seeking a remote-based role will be considered.
Responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer:
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be responsible for;
- Managing a busy caseload of childcare cases in proceedings
- Drafting documents
- Attending meetings, as required
- Advocacy (undertaken remotely or in-person)
Experience required for the Childcare Lawyer:
- Qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive
- Experience in public childcare law
