About the Commercial Lawyer role:

This role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development within a large Commercial team, getting involved with interesting projects, procurements, transport schemes and contributing to the development of leading practices.

The successful Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Working with senior management, supporting with implementation and delivery of projects and various schemes
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Advising on all aspects of public procurement
  • Dealing with funding and grant agreements
  • Providing advice to a range of stakeholders.

Experience required for the Commercial Lawyer role;
