My client, a top 50 international law firm, are looking for a talented and driven Corporate Associate (1-4 years PQE) to join the thriving Corporate team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team, working on complex and high-value cross-border transactions for leading multinational clients.

Recognised for its in-depth expertise and tailored client service, this international law firm advises on complex, cross-border corporate transactions across a broad range of sectors, including technology, communications, energy, media, and life sciences.

You will work on a wide range of corporate matters, including:

  • M&A (public and private)
  • Private equity
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate reorganisations
  • General corporate advisory

You'll be part of a dynamic team that regularly advises FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, private equity houses, and financial institutions across multiple sectors, including technology, energy, infrastructure, life sciences, and financial services.

What will make you stand out?

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent jurisdiction)
  • 1-4 years' post-qualification experience in a leading corporate practice
  • Solid experience in M&A and general corporate work
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
