Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a well established local authority in the North West who are requiring a Childcare Solicitor to join them on a locum basis. Initially, this will be a 9 month contract with a likelihood for extension
The role is predominantly home based, though some attendance is required for court hearings. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to join a large, vibrant team and wanting to develop their skillset.
The responsibilities of the Childcare Lawyer include:
- Managing a caseload of public law childcare cases
- Drafting legal documents
- Attending meetings, as required
- Conducting advocacy

Our client is looking for someone with experience in dealing with public law childcare cases. The role requires someone to be qualified as a Solicitor/ Cilex/ Barrister.
