We are recruiting for a Maintenance Planner to join a Property Services team within a Social Housing organisation based in the West Midlands. The Maintenance Planners will come on board to schedule planned maintenance works for their contractors and property services staff using their specialist IT systems.
The ideal candidate will come from a Housing or Trades background, with experience in organising works schedules, preferably in a maintenance capacity.
The duties of the Maintenance planner include, but are not limited:
- Scheduling maintenance works using IT systems
- Offering administrative support to trades, supervisors and surveyors
- Raising works orders and ensuring completion
- Making use of the external contractor portal
- Working to agreed service goals
- Undertaking customer satisfaction surveys and exercises over the phone and electronically
The ideal candidate will be subject to:
- A basic DBS check
