I am looking for a passionate newly qualified solcitor to join a dynamic COP team. Their work centers around supporting individuals who lack mental capacity-often due to traumatic brain injury-by helping them navigate complex legal and financial matters with dignity and clarity.
As part of this highly collaborative and client-focused group, you'll contribute to the management of deputyship cases, statutory wills, and the administration of property and financial affairs. You'll work alongside a multi-disciplinary team that puts the client's wellbeing at the heart of every decision.
What could make you stand out?
A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in Court of Protection.
Ideally, you'll have experience working on deputyship and related matters, but we welcome applications outside this range if you bring the right attitude and skillset.
Key responsibilities:
Collaborating on a wide range of Court of Protection matters, from straightforward applications to more intricate financial arrangements.
Providing hands-on support to senior team members while developing your own caseload over time.
Developing trusted relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
Playing a key role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect, from accurate reporting to timely legal advice.
Receiving ongoing mentorship and training designed to help you grow your expertise at a steady, supportive pace.
