About the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
Sellick Partnership is currently working with an ambitious Housing Assosiation in the Midlands that are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid working with court attendance when required.
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals that are wanting to join an expereicned, knowledgable and tight-knit team.
The successful candidate with have initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving and a real commitment to the job and ideally have previous dealings within the Public Sectour .
The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Dealing with all aspects of contentious housing management including possession, disrepair, anti-social behavior, and other tenancy and housing management issues.
Provide solid advice on all aspects of housing law and civil litigation
Support to in-house legal team
Represent in county courts
Drafting documents for injunctions and possession claims
