Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking a Planning Lawyer on an interim basis.

The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, however this is likely to be extended on a rolling, long-term basis. The role can be worked remotely, however you will need to collect IT from London on the first day.

The role will mainly include drafting Section 106 Agreements, as well as other planning and highways agreements, but there is opportunity to pick up more complex work for more experienced lawyers. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience within a local authority setting, however other sectors will be considered as long as there is experience of Section 106 Agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly experience, or someone who is more junior looking for progression within the role. It gives opportunity for candidates living outside of London due to the flexibility of home working.
