Prosecution Locum

Our client is seeking a locum lawyer to cover a licensing/committee/regulatory lawyer post. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and confident lawyer looking to work within a reputable local authority in the South West region.

We would welcome applications from candidates with advocacy experience in the magistrates court and who can be available within 1-2 weeks to cover a prosecution case load. The ideal candidate would also have good knowledge of local government licensing law.

This role offers hybrid working with attendance at court and committees once or twice a week a key part of the role.
