Residential Property Solicitor (2-5 PQE) - top legal 500 firm
Location: Bournemouth, New Forest
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a dynamic Residential Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? I am looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience to join a well-regarded and growing property team.

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions. You will be expected to provide a high level of client care and work efficiently within a supportive and collaborative team.

You will be joining a very well regarded top tier legal 500 firm with multiple office across the South.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling a full and varied residential property caseload

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors

  • Ensuring all work complies with CQS and regulatory standards

  • Building and maintaining client relationships

  • Supporting junior team members when required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with case management systems preferred
