Residential Conveyancer

Starting salary £42,000 DOE

I'm looking for a Residential Conveyancer who is looking to join a multi-service law firm. My client, a Boutique law firm, is looking for a residential conveyancer with 1 + years' PQE to join their team.
Key requirements:
Overseeing the buying, selling, and remortgaging of properties.
Drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements.
Ordering and reviewing searches (e.g., land registry and local authority).
Checking title deeds and other legal documents to ensure ownership.
Explaining the legal process and providing updates to clients.
Working with other parties to finalize transaction terms.
Advising clients on costs like stamp duty and fees, and handling payments.
Coordinating with lenders to ensure mortgage approval.
Collaborating with estate agents, surveyors, and other experts.
Making sure the transaction meets legal and regulatory requirements.
Completing legal documents and registering the transaction.
Handling final paperwork and advising clients on next steps.
About You:
Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a focus on delivering first-class service.
Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
