Hybrid working arrangement

Sellick Partnership are working with a highly regarded London Borough Council to recruit a Senior Adults Paralegal to join their Social Care team.

They are looking for a Senior Adults Paralegal to join the team on a locum-basis for a 3 month rolling contract, with likelihood of it being a long term assignment. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with attendance required once per week. The rate of pay is between £25 - £35 umbrella dependent on experience, however for someone with extensive ASC experience they may be willing to pay up to £40 umbrella.

The successful Adults Paralegal will have previous experience working within an Adult Social Care team assisting lawyers and holding their own caseload of:

  • Court of Protection
  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • Displacement from nearest relative

The role involves sitting on the social care team and assisting one senior lawyer with an influx of Deprivation of Liberty work.

This role is a great opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to gain further experience within a busy team and progress their knowledge within Social Care, whilst being paid a competitive hourly rate and working from home predominantly.
