Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate (5+ PQE)
London (Hybrid)

My client is a prestigious international law firm, consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK. With a strong global presence and a renowned construction and infrastructure practice, the firm advises on some of the most complex and high-value projects across the UK, EMEA, and beyond. They are now seeking an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join their London office.

As part of a market-leading construction team, you will advise blue-chip clients, government bodies, developers, funders, and contractors on high-profile domestic and international construction and infrastructure projects. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating a range of construction documentation including:

  • JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke contracts

  • EPC and O&M agreements

  • Development and funding agreements

  • Consultant appointments and collateral warranties

You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm's real estate, projects, and finance teams, often within cross-border, multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor,lawyer or legal executive with 5+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction

  • Solid experience from a recognised construction practice, preferably Legal 500 rated

  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction documentation

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality, commercial advice

  • Experience on international projects and/or energy, infrastructure or major development projects is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
