A popular London Borough Council have a vacancy coming up for a Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join them on a locum 3-month contract, with the view to extend long beyond this initial period.

The role will be undertaken remotely now and for the foreseeable future.

Duties will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts including:
    • Data sharing agreements
    • Shared service agreements
    • GDPR
  • Handling EU Procurement
  • Providing guidance and assistance to junior team members

Ideally the Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer will have local authority experience, but those with other public sector experience are strongly encouraged to apply if EU Procurement has been handled.
