I'm looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Associate who is looking to join a top regional multi-service law firm.

My client, a prestigious and highly ranked firm, is looking for a solicitor with 5 + years' PQE to join their award-winning Corporate team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and handle complex, high-profile matters, all while benefiting from a competitive salary and flexible hybrid working options.

Key requirements:

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on laws and regulations.

• Draft and review contracts, including mergers and acquisitions.

• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.

• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.

• Provide legal advice on business decisions and corporate governance.

• Support litigation and manage legal documents.

• Minimise legal risks and ensure proper legal operations.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5 + years' PQE in Corporate law.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a focus on delivering first-class service.

• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

• Ideally need a following or strong referral network.
