Locum Senior / Principal Property Lawyer
London Borough Council
£60 - £65 umbrella per hour
Hybrid working
Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking a Senior Property Lawyer on an interim basis.
The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract, however this is likely to be extended on a rolling, long-term basis. The role will require regular office attendance and will be worked on a hybrid basis. Payment will be made via an umbrella company on a rate around £60 - £65 per hour, however there may be some flexibility on this. This is a 5 day per week role, however the client will consider 4 days per week for the right person.
Responsibilities include working on high-value, complex property matters including joint ventures, investments, lease negotiations etc. This would be suitable for someone with extensive, senior experience from either a private practice or public sector background.
