Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Accountancy

The Role

With the support of our experienced recruiters and expert senior manager, working with both 'warm' and new clients, you will build your business within the Finance and Accountancy sector.

Working exclusively on your own patch, as Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will be carrying out a 360-recruitment cycle, including:

  • Building trusted relationships within the Finance and Accountancy market.
  • Identifying talent both actively and passively and using LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt new talent.
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities, increasing market share.
  • Identifying cross selling opportunities and working in conjunction with colleagues.
  • Identifying new events and networking opportunities.
  • Developing your own business development strategy, supported by an ambitious team with experience in building reputable names in the market.
  • Participating in internal business development meetings to drive forward recruitment processes, share successes and offer support.
  • Supporting the senior manager in mentoring less experienced staff and driving initiatives
