My client is looking for Solicitor or Associate (2-5 years PQE) to join a reputable Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team based in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including road traffic collisionsand clinical negligence matters such as misdiagnosis and failure to treat and so much more.
You'll handle a broad range of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, support senior colleagues on complex, high-value matters, and take responsibility for meeting financial and performance targets, all while upholding exceptional client care standards, ensuring compliance, and actively engaging in training and business development initiatives.
- 2-5 years PQE
- Experience in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
- Strong drafting skills
- Client-focused with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with business development and marketing
