Adult Social Care Lawyer

£50 - 60 per hour DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adult Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire on a remote working basis.

Our client is seeking an Adult Care Lawyer to join their team as soon as possible to cover a period of 3 months initially, with a likelihood of extension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting advocacy as required and dealing with a mixed caseload of adult care matters including:

- Court of Protection

- Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act matters

- Ordinay residence and DOLs

Full-time hours would be preferred, however a more flexible working pattern may be considered. Candidates with experience gained in adult social care law from either the public or private sectors will be considered.
