A fantastic new opportunity has opened for a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join their Commercial Property team within a Legal 500 firm based in Leeds City Centre,
This is your chance to join a large, friendly and supportive team dealing with clients that are predominantly commercial investors, developers, commercial banks etc.
The role
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor would be dealing with a very broad range of work, including acquisitions, sales, lettings, refinancing option agreements, development agreements and strategic property advice.
Skills and experience
- Ideally 3+ years PQE
- Have well rounded commercial property experience
- Keep calm under pressure
- Work well as a team
- Have a commercial outlook
- Keen to develop your skills and progress your career in a forward-thinking law firm
