Customer Liaison Officer
6 Month Fixed Term Temp Contract
£29448.30 per annum

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join one of our Peterborough based clients on a 6 month fixed term contract
Daily duties of the Customer Liaison Officer consists of:
- Assisting with the investigation of complaints on behalf of customers, ensuring they are updated periodically with any progress made on their case
- Handling customers complaints in regards to repairs and maintenance
- Acknowledging complaints within process timescales
- Ensuring all complaints are effectively recorded on the inhouse database
- Monitoring and tracking complaint cases
- Creating customer feedback reports to analyse ongoing process improvements
- Dealing with all ad hoc administration
Essential experience of the Customer Liaison Officer:
- Experienced in dealing with customers complaints
- Previously carried out all aspects of Administration
