An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Employment Solicitor at a top-tier legal firm in Central London.
Title: Employment Solicitor - 4+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Central London, with hybrid working
Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor
- Handling a mixed respondent caseload of contentious and non-contentious covering all types of employment matters
- Acting for a range of clients from start-ups but weighed towards FTSE 250 firms
- Conducting and leading on employment tribunal matters including advocacy
- Deliver internal and external training
- Supervise junior members and trainees
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Employment Solicitor
- 4+ PQE within a similar employment caseload from a reputable firm
- Advocacy experience
- Marketing and business development skills
- A second language would be desirable
