Title: Employment Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor
- Providing legal advice to clients on a range of employment law issues.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and agreements.
- Representing clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings.
- Advising on redundancy processes and handling unfair dismissal claims.
- Conducting legal research to stay updated on changes in employment law.
- Developing relationships with clients and participating in business development activities.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive legal service is provided.
- Managing own caseload, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
