Key Responsibilities of the Employment Solicitor

  • Providing legal advice to clients on a range of employment law issues.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment contracts and agreements.
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings.
  • Advising on redundancy processes and handling unfair dismissal claims.
  • Conducting legal research to stay updated on changes in employment law.
