Key Responsibilities of the NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Managing a mixed caseload of client matters subject to appropriate supervision.
- Providing high-quality, proactive legal advice to clients.
- Assisting other team members, including with larger cases.
- Managing time effectively to facilitate cash flow and credit-management systems.
- Delivering legal services in a cost-efficient manner for both the client and the firm.
- Enhancing the firm's reputation and position within the community.
- Contributing to the firm's general marketing initiatives.
