Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a full-service regional law firm who is seeking a Wills and Probate Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Cheshire.

The successful candidate will work directly in their Private Client team, where they will act for individuals instructing the firm on a variety of matters including Wills, Trust and Probates etc.

You will advise clients in the following:

  • Drafting wills
  • Drafting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate planning and estate administration
  • Training and development of junior colleagues

The successful candidate will be:

  • Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate
  • Excellent technical skills and innovative approach to their application
  • Client management experience
  • Strong client focus and a commitment to a high level of client care
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Flexibility and commitment
