An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior or newly-qualified Property Lawyer to join a thriving London local authority on a locum, hybrid basis.

This friendly and collaborative local authority is looking for an enthusiastic Property Lawyer to be an integral part of the team and assist on a range of property transactions.

To assume the role of locum Property Lawyer, you will be a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister, CILEx) and you must have some prior property law experience, ideally within a local authority however our client is also willing to consider applicants from private practice.

The successful locum Property Lawyer will be handling legal work in the following areas:

  • Straightforward commercial and residential property matters, such as:
    • Right to Buy
    • Land Registry searches
    • Lease extensions
    • Miscellaneous matters
