A leading Legal 500 firm seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team.
Title: Property Litigation Solicitor
Salary: Competitive
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: East London with hybrid working options
Key Responsibilities of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- Manage a full spectrum of property litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Acting for private fee-paying clientele
- Landlord possession, disrepair, tenancy disputes, leaseholds management, service charge disputes, etc
- Advocate in court or tribunal when required
- Supervise junior members of the team
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor
- 3-6 years PQE in property litigation
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong business development instincts
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
