Overview of Samantha:

I am a Senior Marketing Executive and have worked in the recruitment industry for over five years. At Sellick Partnership, I support the business in a number of different ways from facilitating marketing campaigns, developing the internal brand and taking ownership on project management as well as organising the 50+ events that we facilitate/organise and attend annually. I am a well-rounded marketing professional and have developed skills across the full marketing mix. 

I started in the business as Events and Marketing Assistant and worked my way up to Events and Marketing Executive. I worked in the events sector for two years which involved me organising and leading on 50-60 (internal and external) events per year which really helped to improve my skill base and kick-start my career with Sellick Partnership! 

In my current role as Senior Marketing Executive, my day-to-day can include anything from project/event/budget management, job board facilitation, internal communications, digital marketing and SEO to getting involved with company events and fundraisers!

As well as my day-to-day role, I am also the company lead of our Charity Champions here at Sellick Partnership. Giving back to the community has always been a passion of mine, and I’m very lucky to be able to champion this with the rest of the group to encourage and provide the wider business with further opportunities to do so.

I am also a level 3 certified Mental Health First Aider alongside a number of my other colleagues. We are not healthcare professionals, we cannot diagnose, but we are trained to listen, support and signpost any employees who require our confidential assistance.
