Childcare Lawyer
Salary: £36,648 - £41,418 per annum - pay award pending
Location: Greater Manchester
Working: Hybrid
Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an excellent legal services team in the heart of Greater Manchester. We are looking for a Childcare Lawyer to join the Social Care Legal Team to provide advice and representation in all areas of childcare and family law matters.

Key duties of the Childcare Lawyer:

You will be an integral part of a professional legal team delivering legal advice and support to all aspects of the Council's services, you will be a positive and highly motivated person who is confident, versatile and innovative.
Ideal requirements of the Childcare Lawyer:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with childcare and family matters and have well-developed communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to communicate effectively with officers internally, and externally with courts, barristers, professional bodies, and members of the public is essential.
Local government experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from people from all parts of the legal sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established lawyer with a good understanding of childcare and family law to join a progressive organisation and diversify their skillset and experience. You will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister/FILEX with a current Practising Certificate.
